We sat down with Bria Walls owner of Elise Dessert Company to discuss her business. Bria launched Elise Dessert Co. in April 2020, named after her middle name which means “God is an abundance.” The top sellers at Elise Dessert Company are the famous banana pudding and cookie pudding. Both flavors can be purchased all around Memphis, TN.
Tell us about your business and what makes your business unique in Memphis.
Elise is a food manufacturing company that specializes in various flavors of banana pudding in a retail market. Our top two flavors are regular banana pudding & a banana-less banana pudding called cookie pudding.
Does your business have any upcoming events that you want potential customers to be on the lookout for?
You can find Elise Dessert Company at your favorite local stores including Cordelia’s Market, High Point Grocery, Kroger, DoorDash, and South Point Grocery. We currently don’t have any events coming up but we will add more Kroger stores in the new year.
We know being a business owner comes with its own unique rewards and challenges alike. Is there anything you did to overcome any challenges you faced with your business? Are there any people you would like to recognize who have helped along the way?
The challenges were pretty typical but if you work hard and have FAITH you can get through anything.
